All of us have a penguin inside of us, the bit that craves connections with others, when it is able to have vulnerable and authentic connections with others it becomes brave: enhancing every element of your being: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.


We are here to help you tap into your penguin, with interactive activities, connective format designs and engaging facilitation.
This way we ensure that communities are encouraging everyone’s penguins to be braver.

 
 

“How do you learn?
By doing!”

  • This Innovation Engagement achieved in less than 51 hours to:

    ▪️engage 10 startups, 24 mentors, 17 experts
    ▪️create 10 Tribes for emotional support
    ▪️create circular plastic waste solutions
    ▪️connect social entrepreneurs with business mentors and subject matter experts.

    This project also included a Huddle Creation, virtual event facilitation and engagement trainings.

  • This Fun Format Design allowed 100 teenagers to come together virtually and work in groups over one week to:

    ▪️improve time management
    ▪️uphold their commitments to their team
    ▪️learn one new skill together
    ▪️interact with 14 different cultures
    ▪️practise video tools to improve their public speaking abilities.

    This was also a fully virtual facilitated event.

  • This Innovation Engagement achieved in less than 60 hours

    ▪️45+ active participants
    ▪️10 formed teams
    ▪️10 solutions created
    ▪️interactive connection of all players of the Salzburg Innovation ecosystem

    This was also a fully virtual facilitated event.

    ▪️52 formed teams
    ▪️29 website & 10 app developments
    ▪️connection of 45 nationalities

    This was also a fully virtual facilitated event.

  • This Huddle Creation allowed 3 youth networks to come together and connect to:

    ▪️engage with impact leaders globally
    ▪️grow their communication abilities
    ▪️improve their emotional reflection
    ▪️establish a safe space of sharing
